Process Improvements

During the executed projects we have came cross problems that were impossible for our Customers to be solved because of lack of experienced staff or because of lack of adequate workforce and time for improving processes.

A common problem in big corporations, as well as in small production companies is the standard approach to every problem. Usually experiences workers are not able to recognize the problem correctly and what is connected with this fact - are not able to find a solution.

All these elements cause the lack of the problem’s elimination which is being concealed rather than eliminated. That is why we offer our Customers the service of Production Process Improvement. The service is provided by our Consultant at our Customer’s plant with the help of the group of Engineers (our or chosen by the Customer). We offer a full process’ survey, finding the problem’s source, formulation together with the Customer the method for process improvement and project management. The process improvement project is aimed not only at eliminating the serious mistakes resulting in outdated deliveries or bad product quality. The aim of such a project is also the reduction of the production costs, improvement of the workplace ergonomics or the improvement in company’s image.

During the initial audit of the process at Customer’s plant we are able to propose the team, time-frames and the project’s goals. For the time of the project performance the Leading Consultant becomes the part of the company’s organization what is important taking into account the responsibility for the performed work, the staff and the results. An initial report and the project’s offer include information about the manner of the results’ presentation, reporting and particular stages of the project.
