Resident Engineering

Thanks to the gained experience we are able to provide our Customers with the service that relies mostly on the help in the area of representing our Customer’s company by our Resident Engineer. Resolving quality problems with the Customer is sometimes a difficult task. The best way to make the solution neutral is a personal conversation Such meetings are sometimes time-consuming and expensive (depending on the localization of the Customer). Our Resident represents the Customer and is treated as a worker of the company that he represents. Thanks to this he is able to solve the problem directly at the plant, diminishing the possibility of reputation deterioration.

The main responsibilities of the Resident are:

  • prompt reaction in a case of a problem,
  • verification of the defect and its analysis,
  • immediate contact with the supplier for details’ assignment (photos, parts’ dispatch for further analysis)
  • taking proper action together with the supplier
  • systematic visits in the plant
  • participation in the periodical meetings
  • taking care of good relations with the Engineers from the plant
